Well it's quite simple really. Blogging is writing on the web. Easy! It can be done for free on sites like wordpress, squidoo and of course blogger.
All you have too do is write. No knowledge of design or building sites etc. Just login, click a coup[le of times amd begin. Here is a short video on using blogger.
So there is no technical resason you can't start bloggin g today. Good Luck!
